Blue mousse-textured bleaching powder, designed for use with all lightening techniques. Its progressive action allows for optimal control of the process and achieves up to 8 levels of lift. Ideal for highlights, global bleaching, color removal, and color stripping. Not recommended for use with 40 volume (12%) developer.
